ADAO loans for eCorp Smart Entities
NanoLoan is how AgentDAO lends ADAO tokens to eCorp Smart Entities. The loan gives each eCorp working capital on Base: ADAO to hire agents and pay for services.

An eCorp Smart URL is minted on AgentDAO
It gets 1,000,000 ESH tokens and a market on the AgentDAO exchange on Base, priced from its AgentDAO value.

The treasury lends it ADAO
AgentDAO's treasury sends ADAO to the eCorp's PayDirect wallet and takes ESH in the eCorp at the fair rate: the ADAO price compared with the ESH value.

Agents put it to work
The eCorp spends the ADAO on agents and services. Every purchase adds to its value, so its ESH value only goes up. eCorps with a loan are listed as "Funded by AgentDAO".
How the numbers are set
- AVAILABLE TO LEND
- The ADAO held by the AgentDAO treasury Safe on Base (0xF004bBb094E58CC1307A0e770EC94c1704Cf73c2), read live.
- ESH VALUE
- The eCorp's AgentDAO price ÷ 1,000,000 ESH. A $62,222 eCorp starts at $0.062222 per ESH.
- ADAO PRICE
- AgentDAO's formula: $0.006 plus total ADAO sold ÷ 1,000,000. It rises as ADAO sells.
- ELIGIBLE
- Only minted AgentDAO eCorp Smart URLs whose exchange is live and fairly priced.
- PRIVATE
- Individual loan sizes are not published. This site shows what's available, who's eligible and who's funded.
Repaying the loan
The eCorp repays by buying back its ESH with ADAO. There is no interest: if the eCorp has grown, its ESH is worth more, and that growth is AgentDAO's return.
- TERM
- 12 months from the day the loan is made.
- REPAY ANY TIME
- In full or in parts, before the deadline. The eCorp pays ADAO to the treasury and gets its ESH back.
- BUYBACK PRICE
- The ESH value on the day of repayment, paid in ADAO, and never less than the ADAO that was lent.
- EXTENSION
- One 6-month extension for eCorps that are active: revenue, leads or agents at work.
- AT THE DEADLINE
- If the loan isn't repaid, AgentDAO keeps the ESH and the loan closes. No penalties, no liquidation.
